This artist’s palette was used in the Gowanus studio between 2025 and 2026 and remains layered with dried acrylic paint from the creation of multiple works during that period. The surface holds the residue of process, moments of mixing, revision, and decision-making that are typically erased or discarded. Smears, stains, and subtle color shifts form an unintentional record of time spent in the studio, transforming a functional tool into an object that carries its own history.
